Our three rules

• Honest > hype. No clickbait, no exaggeration, no "miracle" claims.
• Fact-based. Every claim is backed by ingredients (INCI) and sources.
• Disclosed, always. Nothing here is sponsored unless clearly marked #ad / #sponsored / "gifted".
